VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) -The Vancouver Canucks traded defenseman Lukas Krajicek and minor-league forward Juraj Simek to the Tampa Bay Lightning on Monday for defenseman Shane O’Brien and right wing Michel Ouellet.
