Supreme Court of Canada settles ownership fight over Vancouver Canucks

OTTAWA – Vancouver Canucks owner Francesco Aquilini has scored a legal hat trick.

The Supreme Court of Canada has sided with Aquilini, dismissing an appeal application from a pair of Vancouver businessmen.
